How many people fit in a room? Are guests allowed?
Double rooms host up to 4 people; Single rooms fit up to 2. Shared rooms accommodate 4 guests (1 per bed). Guests are welcome, but overnight stays come with an extra fee. Just let us know in advance.
Are measures being taken to prevent COVID-19?
Absolutely! We prioritize your health with daily cleaning and disinfection, hand sanitizer stations, and trained staff. Your safety matters to us.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation or leave before the reserved time?
We understand that plans can change. Here's our clear and fair cancellation policy:
- Cancel at least 7 calendar days before your arrival for a full refund, according to your payment method’s processing time.
- No-shows or cancellations made after that period are non-refundable.
- Once Check-In is completed, if you decide to leave the premises for any reason, no refund will be made.
Are kids allowed?
We don’t accept minors. Triver is designed for adults and professionals seeking a coliving experience. Thanks for understanding!
What's the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night on weekdays and 2 nights on weekends.

Do you have air conditioning?
Unfortunately we only have A/C in shared rooms. For all others, we can provide a fan upon request. We want you to be comfortable!
Do you offer cleaning and laundry services?
Yes. Our common areas are cleaned daily to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
If you're staying more than 7 days, your room includes weekly cleaning.
For your laundry needs, we offer two fully equipped laundry rooms available for all guests. We want you to feel at home!
Are there workspaces available?
Absolutely! Triver is designed for digital nomads and remote professionals.
Our coworking space has high-speed WiFi, comfy desks, good lighting, and ergonomic chairs. You can also take video calls from the common areas or the comfort of your private room.
Are there common areas for socializing?
Absolutely! We believe in connection and community.
