What is a Coliving Membership?
It is a way of living and creating community for the new generations.
At Triver, we offer fully furnished private rooms with all services included, fully equipped shared spaces such as kitchens, TV rooms and various amenities such as roof top, co-working, deli store, etc ... for an all-inclusive monthly payment.
What do i get by being a TRIVER Member?
For a monthly fixed amount, your membership includes: fully furnished private room, weekly cleaning, water, electricity, gas, high speed internet, 24/7 security, laundry space, equipped shared kitchen, touchless locking systems, CCTV throughout the Tribe, access to building amenities and a great TRIVER community.
Are measures being taken to prevent COVID-19?
Of course, at TRIVER we are concerned about our client’s health, which is why we have a COVID-19 prevention protocol that includes actions such as: daily cleaning and disinfection of common areas, trained personnel in uniform (mask, face mask, gloves), gel and sanitary mats available to all throughout our Tribe.
Are pets allowed?
Although we really like them, pets are not allowed in our Tribes for now. We are working to enable special floors for members with animals.
What is the application process for TRIVER?
Our application process is very easy and can be done completely online. You must first create an account on our website. Then you can choose the room and length of your stay, upload some documents, we will do a fast background check and if everything is in order, sign your contract. Nice and easy!
Are there acceptance filters for tenants?
During the application process, the TRIVER team performs a screening of the candidates using the documents provided before accepting them into the Tribe.
How many people fit in a room? Are guests allowed?
Both in our double suites, ideal for couples, and single suites, there is room for a maximum of 2 people. It is possible to have guests as long as management is notified and an additional feea per day will be charged.
What if I need to leave before my agreed time of stay is over?
When shortening the stay agreed in the contract, a penalty corresponding to one month's rent will be charged.
Are kids allowed?
In our Tribe of Florencia minors are not accepted as tenants. Sorry!
Minimum stay time?
The minimum length of stay is one week.
What is the tribe pass?
It is an optional pass that you can purchase monthly in order to have access to various activities that enhance the whole TRIVER experience such as yoga lessons, wine tasting, specialty local cooking, etc. Some of these activities could possibly have an additional cost.
