At Triver, we offer fully furnished private rooms with all-inclusive services, equipped shared spaces like kitchens, TV lounges, and amenities such as a rooftop, coworking spaces, deli store, and a vibrant community.
What is Triver?
Triver offers a unique coliving experience designed to meet the needs of various types of travelers, professionals, students, digital nomads, and companies looking for modern, ready-to-use spaces and services. We are committed to providing you with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during your stay in our prime location in the heart of Mexico City. Our facilities feature fully furnished private rooms for up to 4 people and shared spaces equipped with kitchens, TV lounges, reading rooms, a rooftop, coworking space, and a deli store.
Where is Triver located?
We are located at Florencia 39, Juárez neighborhood, Mexico City, 06600. In a central and safe area that allows you easy access to numerous tourist spots and transportation means. We're close to Reforma, the Angel of Independence, and iconic attractions, providing you with the opportunity to explore the city conveniently and safely during your stay.

What are the Check-In and Check-Out times? Is it possible to do them at different times?
Our Check-In time is at 3:00 pm, and Check-Out is at 11:00 am. If you need to do them at different times, we invite you to consult with our team of hosts. This change is subject to availability.
What steps should I follow to book a stay at Triver?
Our process is very easy and can be done online. Simply visit our page https://booking.triver.mx/ and follow the indicated steps. How many people fit in a room? Are guests allowed?
Our double rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while our Single rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It is possible to have guests as long as the administration is notified; in case of spending the night in our facilities, an additional charge per night will be applied for each guest.
Are pets allowed?
We understand how important pets are to many people, and although we love them, we currently do not allow their stay with us. However, we are working on enabling special floors for members with animals in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work on this!
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation or leave before the reserved time?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify your stay. However, according to our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel at least 7 natural days before your arrival, you can do so without penalty, and the corresponding amount will be refunded according to the timelines established by the payment method used.
- If you do not show up on the day of your reservation and cancellation has not been made within the mentioned period, no refund will be made.
- Once Check-In is completed, if you decide to leave the premises for any reason, no refund will be made.
Are kids allowed?
At Triver, we do not accept underage tenants. Our focus is to provide a coliving experience with spaces adapted to adults and professionals. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
Are measures being taken to prevent COVID-19?
Of course, at TRIVER we are concerned about our client’s health, which is why we have a COVID-19 prevention protocol that includes actions such as: daily cleaning and disinfection of common areas, trained personnel in uniform (mask, face mask, gloves), gel and sanitary mats available to all throughout our Tribe.
What's the minimum stay?
The minimum stay time is 2 nights. You can access special discounts that increase the longer your stay. Do not hesitate to ask about our promotions throug hour chat, social media, email (hola@triver.mx), or by WhatsApp at +52 56 1187 1170.
Do you have air conditioning?
Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning in our facilities. However, we can provide you with a fan if requested.
Do you offer cleaning and laundry services?
At Triver, we keep the common areas clean everyday to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests, plus rooms include cleaning service once a week for stays longer than 7 days. For your laundry needs, we have two fully equipped laundry rooms available for our guests' use. We want you to feel comfortable during your time with us!
Are there workspaces available?
Absolutely! We offer an amazing co working space available to all our guests. Whether you need a quiet place to work, study, or meet with colleagues. We invite you to take advantage of this space during your stay with us!
Are there common areas for socializing?
Of course! We understand the importance of community and interaction among our guests. That's why we offer a variety of common areas designed for socializing and relaxing. From our impressive roof top to our cozy coworking space, reading and TV lounges, a lobby, and a charming backyard, there are plenty of options to connect and enjoy the company of other guests.
Do you offer parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have parking service. However, we are located in a central and safe area of the city, close to several public parking options and transportation services that can facilitate your arrival and mobility during your stay with us. If you need help, our team will be delighted to offer you suggestions on where to leave your car. Don't hesitate to approach them!
Do you offer meal or breakfast options?
Currently, we do not offer meal or breakfast options. However, we are actively working on implementing these options in the future. Don'tworry! There are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of dining options during your stay. Additionally, right under our building, you'll find our Deli store, a place where you can explore a wide menu of delights to enjoy!
Is airport transportation service offered?
We do not have a transportation service. However, there are many available options, such as Uber or Didi, that can easily take you to and from the airport. We will be happy to provide you with additional recommendations if you need them. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you organize activities or events for your guests?
Yes! We love to foster interaction among our guests, so we organize a variety of events and activities to promote coexistence. From yoga classes, dinners, and much more, there's always something exciting happening at Triver. We hope you join us for our next events and create unforgettable memories during your stay!
Is there security?
Absolutely! The safety of our guests is our top priority. We have a security guard available 24/7, as well as CCTV cameras in the building. Our staff is available to assist you upon your arrival and in case of any situation.
